To whom I have shared my most treasured dreams
To whom I deem above most everything to be one of
the greatest assets in my life

To the one who has celebrated with me my family's triumphs
From the birth of my children to their first day of school
From my late-night study sessions to my college graduation
From that broken-down apartment to my first home purchase

And from the day we met to the day our lives changed
And that fork in the road took us our separate ways
Somehow I knew that I would always have a friend in you
And I thank the Lord everyday for sending such a precious gift my way
For you I treasure more than gold.
