The Breeze

A breeze does so much for me.

On a hot, sweaty day, a cool breeze
cools my body to the core.

Yet on a cold, wintry day, a warm breeze
comforts me so much more.

When I am upset at the world, a breeze
brings joy back into my heart.

When I feel sad and distraught, a breeze
assures me these feelings will soon part.

There is no doubt of how important
a breeze is to me.

It cleans the dirt out of the air
and allows me to clearly see.

So understand my love, now listen clear,
you are a breeze to me.

Because you do all of these things and
now my life is complete.
